What is the cost of therapy sessions at Worthy to Live Therapy?

Invest in your mental health, without all the paperwork. I am an Out-Of-Network Mental Health Provider, but don't let that stop you from reaching out. You might be able to get reimbursed for out-of-network therapy. Check here: mentaya.co/b/worthytolivetherapy. Most of my clients get a significant portion of their session costs back. The intake is 60 minutes session and $185 and each session thereafter is 50-55 minutes and $155. We submit claims on your behalf, so you can focus on feeling better. Investing in your mental health is one of the most valuable decisions you can make.

How long is a therapy session?

The initial intake is 60 minutes and each session thereafter is between 50-55 minutes. Occasionally, a longer session may be recommend for trauma focused work/emdr.

How many sessions will I need?

The frequency of counseling sessions with Worthy to Live Therapy will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly. I typically suggest meeting weekly for at least the first 3-5 sessions  for us to build rapport and set a clear treatment plan. The amount of sessions thereafter will depend on your individual goals.

Do you offer virtual and in-person sessions?

Yes, I offer virtual sessions on a secure platform and in-person sessions at my Columbia office.

What is your cancellation fee?

Cancellations of appointments made with less than 24 working hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the missed session. If you fail to attend a therapy session without notice you will be charged the Cancellation Fee.
