Individual Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

You've been holding it together for a long time now. If you feel stretched thin, emotionally exhausted, and like you're losing parts of yourself. You're in the right place.

You know there is more to life than this.

Whether you're navigating:

  • A major life transition

  • Adjusting to motherhood

  • Silently battling anxiety or depression

One thing is clear:

You're tired of surviving and you want to feel like you again

You’re exhausted from pretending you're okay.

Therapy can help.

I'll help you get to the ROOT of what's going on.
In therapy, I believe your emotions are not a problem to be fixed, but signals worth listening to. Together, we’ll slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and approach your experiences with curiosity and compassion. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma, I'll help you uncover the deeper patterns so you can respond to your needs with clarity and care.

Your emotions are not a problem to be fixed.

It’s about creating space to notice what’s going on beneath the surface and giving yourself what you need.

What I help with:

In individual therapy, I support adults (18+) who are experiencing:

Persistent anxiety or racing thoughts

Find calm in the chaos and learn to quiet your mind

Depression, disconnection, or emotional numbness

Reconnect with your emotions and rediscover joy

Stress from life transitions

Navigate grief, loss, parenting shifts with support

Pregnancy and postpartum mood concerns

Specialized care for maternal mental health

You don't have to name it perfectly to get support. If you feel like something's off, that's enough of a reason to reach out.

What I help with

Perfectionism

In therapy we will explore the underlying burdens of perfectionism and explore new strategies that align with a sense of peace and empowerment.

Perinatal Loss

The emotional pain of miscarriage, stillbirth, and perinatal loss can feel overwhelming and isolating. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, your grief is valid—and you deserve compassionate support as you navigate this journey.

Birth Trauma Healing

Birth trauma and postpartum PTSD affect 1 in 4 women in the United States. If you’re experiencing flashbacks, nightmares, or overwhelming emotions when thinking about or sharing your birth story, you may be struggling with childbirth-related trauma. Birth trauma therapy can help you process your experience and start healing.

Anxiety Support

If you find yourself spiraling into chronic worry, overwhelm, or panic then let's get connected today. My approach uses a CBT model.

Depression Care

Feeling numb, disconnected, withdrawn, or unmotivated may be signs of depression or unresolved grief. If you’ve been isolating or going through the motions, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and your life.

Trauma Recovery

The effects of trauma can linger for years, impacting your relationships, self-worth, and daily life. Healing is possible. I specialize in trauma recovery using evidence-based approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) to help you process painful memories, release survival patterns, and reconnect with your authentic self.

You don't have to name it perfectly to get support. If you feel like something's off, that's enough of a reason to reach out.
