"My Birth Didn't Go As Planned"

A Support Group for Mothers Processing a Challenging, Disappointing, or Unexpected Childbirth Experience

When your birth doesn't unfold the way you hoped, the world often expects you to just "be grateful" and move on. But your emotions are valid. Your experience matters. And you deserve a place to talk about it without judgment, comparison, or dismissal.

This group was created for moms who are still holding onto the impact of a difficult, scary, or unexpected birth and need a safe space to process, connect, and heal. You'll never be asked to share more than you're ready for.

Your story deserves to be witnessed with care.
