Compassionate therapy for new mothers, trauma survivors, and anyone ready to heal and break free from generational patterns.

A Note From The Founder

Hi, I'm so glad you're here!

My name is Brittany. One of my passions is helping people get to the "root" of their problems and create lasting change. I received my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 2018. Since becoming a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C), I am approved to practice in Maryland and Washington DC.

I also obtained my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and perinatal grief & loss training through Seleni Institute.

I consider psychotherapy as my calling.
