Pregnancy After Loss Package

When parents begin another pregnancy after a miscarriage or death of a baby, it can bring up complicated emotions. Perhaps there is a part of you that is excited to be pregnant and another part that is full of anxiety and worry about 'what if something goes wrong'. You may be especially anxious during gestational milestones in the pregnancy as well. Experiencing a miscarriage or having your baby die during pregnancy or shortly after birth has naturally impacted the anxiety you feel in subsequent pregnancies. The Pregnancy After Loss package offers a set of therapy sessions (8-10) to support you through the emotional journey of anxiety, fear, vulnerability, sorrow, grief, and hope during your pregnancy. With flexible sessions and a holistic approach to mental health, I am here to support you every step of the way.

Welcome, I’m glad your here. First, I want to congratulate you on taking the first step toward your healing journey. Finding the right therapist is hard, and I want to make this process as simple as possible for you. I am a licensed therapist and owner of  Worthy to Live Therapy, with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I have extensive training in trauma and perinatal mental health. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in sessions to help my clients understand their thoughts, feelings, and stressors.  I would be honored to walk alongside you.
