Meet Brittany Moffitt, LCSW
Brittany Moffitt, LCSW-C, is a licensed psychotherapist in Maryland and Washington, D.C., and the founder of Worthy To Live Therapy. In her clinical work, Brittany specializes in helping adults overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma.
She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Brittany is also trained in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International and has completed training in EMDR, a proven trauma therapy. She is passionate about advocating for and raising awareness of women’s mental health. Clients can expect warmth, honesty, and a space for deep self-reflection in every session with Brittany.
Outside the therapy room, Brittany enjoys long walks with her two young sons, ages 3 and 1. She also loves to travel and explore new restaurants—especially for the desserts! Brittany helps people break free from the pain of the past and move forward in healing. Her work is rooted in the belief that everyone is worthy of living an abundant life.
